My name is Abby. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have recently gone back to college for business with hopes of one day opening a bakery or glow-in-the-dark mini golf business. My Grandma inspired me to work in childcare. Her passion for teaching inspired me to work with children and help them develop fundamental skills. In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts, hockey games, musicals, and fun adventures with my family!

My name is Cora. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator who has spent over 5 years experience working in the childcare field. Growing up I was told I had motherly instincts towards my siblings or others around me. I always knew that I wanted to work with children and be part of their development. I am a mother of two, a girl and a boy who are my world. I enjoy going for walks in nature, love all kinds of animals, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy going for drives, listening to music and relaxing when I can

My name is Kylie. I have been a Registered Early Childhood Educator for the past two years graduating from Durham College. I have experience working with all age groups, from infancy to school-age. I have just recently moved to Belleville from Whitby with my partner and two dogs Hudson and Sadie. When I'm not working, I enjoy crafting at home for my small business, spending time with my family, and shopping.

My name is Joanna and I work as an on-call educator here at Seeds to Sprouts. I am currently a student at Loyalist College in the Early Childhood Education program, soon to be starting my second year. My mom had a home daycare when I was young and I enjoyed helping out as much as I could, so I’ve known I wanted to work with children ever since. When I’m not working or at school, I enjoy reading, going on hikes or to the beach, and most of all spending time with my amazing family and friends. 

Hello my name is Tonisha Maracle,I am a registered RECE, graduated in 2023 from FNTI,  I live in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, I’m 29 years old, I’m a mother of 3 children Nevaeh (6), Watson (4) and Ryder (2). My favourite things to do on my spare time is play volleyball and baseball. I am a busy mom because me and my husband play sports and when I’m not on the field or on the court I’m cheering my babies on while they participate in sports. My goals is to watch children whether it being mine or yours succeed, reaching milestones and knowing I partaked in them reaching those milestones and succeeding. 

 My name is Afreed. I recently graduated from Loyalist College with my diploma in Early Childhood Education, and I'm proud to be part of the team here at Seeds to Sprouts Childcare Center. Alongside my studies and work in childcare, I'm a passionate portrait photographer-I love capturing meaningful moments and expressions that tell a story. I'm also tech savvy and enjoy bringing that creativity and technical knowledge into the classroom  to support playful learning and problem-solving.

When I'm not studying or working, you'll find me behind the camera, editing photos, or exploring the latest tech and digital tools. I'm passionate about creating engaging, inclusive environments for children to learn, explore and grow.

My name is Keisha, and I am an educator working in the infant program. I am currently in school working toward becoming a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I decided to join the childcare field after I graduated from the Child and Youth Worker program. I quickly learned that no two days were the same as I learn alongside the children I care for. Outside of work, you can find me out with friends and hanging out with my dog. I love travelling and going to concerts!

I’m Kaitlyn! I’m one of the teachers in the infant program. I’m originally from Newmarket before moving to Belleville in 2013. I received my diploma in Child and Youth Worker. I live with my two dogs and fiancé! 

When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends and watching documentaries! 

I have been with Seeds to Sprouts since 2020 and have worked in many programs within the center, before making my way to the infant room!

I pursued my career in childcare because I love to watch the children flourish, thrive  and learn something new about them everyday at different developmental stages!

My name is Cassidy, but you probably know me as Cass. I grew up in Stirling and now live in Belleville with my fiancé and my family. I have two brothers, and I am an aunt to two wonderful boys. My family is everything to me, and I love to spend my time with them outside the daycare. 

I have a passion for photography, and also love singing, dancing, and playing mostly any kind of sport. I’ve worked in all of the programs here at Seeds to Sprouts but you’ve probably seen me most in the infant and toddler programs. I have always had a passion for helping children learn and grow. As a child I always wanted to become a teacher, and to my surprise, that’s kind of where I ended up!

My name is Jaime. I’m a mom of four – two girls and two boy, all of which have firecracker personalities! I enjoy expressing myself through music by singing and dancing. I also enjoy sitting down and participating in art from simple colouring books to painting!

Since I was young I have always envisioned myself working with either children or animals, as both have always been around me in my life! Working with children provides me with the chance to be the positive role model I always enjoyed having around myself growing up.

Hi! My name is Natasha. I am a graduate of the  Developmental Services Worker program at Loyalist College of 2020. I live in Frankford, ON with my family and my dog Dakota. Before coming to work at Seeds to Sprouts, I worked for Community Living Belleville and area. I returned to the childcare field, because I knew it was the best fit for me! Outside of work I enjoy music, singing, travelling, writing and I am also a hobby photographer.

My name is Jasmine. I graduated from the Social Service Work Program at St. Lawrence in 2023. I’ve always had a passion for supporting the growth and development of youth since I was young. I have participated in many opportunities to work alongside classrooms as an EA and have always been a mother figure to my sister. Being able to support youth is a passion! I love animals and nature and I spend the majority of my spare time with family and friends. My family and I enjoy going for rides on our dirt bikes, spending time at the hunting camp fishing or hunting and hanging out at the speedway where my dad races!

My name is Maddy. I'm two years into my degree at Trent University for Child and Youth studies. I've had a passion for working with children my whole life. I love to be silly and dance around the classroom making each and every day fun. Even though things get tough in life, we can still share smiles with people around us. Working with children truly is the best. It takes me back to when I was a child myself and remembering all the curiosity I had and all the educators who made me feel special.I hope I can make the same impact on little ones today.

My name is Isabella and I am an educator at Seeds to Sprouts. I am currently finishing up my classes in Early Childhood Education online. I have wanted to work with children for as long as I can remember. In my spare time I love to read and watch movies. My favourite book is The Secret Garden and my favourite movie ia anything Disney. I also love animals, I grew up with four cats, three dogs and four hamsters. 

My name is Anya, and I’ve been working with children for about five years, and I love helping little ones explore, learn, and have fun every day. I’m passionate about creating a safe, happy, and engaging environment where kids can grow at their own pace. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading, baking, and staying active—so I bring plenty of energy and healthy habits to the activities we do together!

Hi! My name is Elizabeth, and I am passionate about working in the early years. Childcare has been a huge part of my life, starting with my mom’s in-home daycare and continuing through my experience coaching gymnastics, where I’ve helped children progress all the way into the competitive stream. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and building confidence in every child. I plan to attend college for Early Childhood Education in the next few years so I can continue growing my knowledge and better support children’s development. When I’m not working, I enjoy being creative through hands-on carpentry projects and spending time camping, as I love learning new skills and being outdoors.

Hi, my name is Tish. I’m a proud mom to four amazing boys who keep me active, inspired and always learning. Being a mom has given me plenty of hands-on experience with children of all ages. It’s truly where my passion for children began.

I’m an adventurous person who loves spending time outdoors, playing sports, and staying active through fitness. Music is also a big part of my life and I enjoy bringing positive energy into everything I do. I’m caring, energetic, patient, and I strive to create a fun, safe and nurturing environment so that your kiddos feel supported and are encouraged to grow.

I also love the colour pink and I’m a big animal lover!

Hi, I’m Makayla! 💕 I’m a proud mom to my four-year-old daughter, Amara, who truly is my whole world.

My love for working with children started back in high school when I had the opportunity to take a co-op placement working with children with special needs. I quickly fell in love with the experience and knew that working with children was something I wanted to pursue. This led me to complete my Developmental Service Worker diploma.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in group homes, daycares, and schools. Every experience has taught me something new, but the part I love most is getting to watch children learn, grow, and become their own little people. Whether it’s learning a new skill, making a new friend, trying something for the first time, or proudly showing off something they’ve created, I love being there to cheer them on! 🥰

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter, going for walks, listening to music, and making memories together. She has taught me so much about patience, love, and seeing the world through a child’s eyes.

I’m always excited to continue learning and growing in my career. One of my biggest goals is to return to school to obtain my ECE and, hopefully, one day open my very own daycare. I dream of creating a warm, welcoming space where children feel safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to come each day.

I feel very grateful to have a career where I get to make a difference in children’s lives and watch them grow. I can’t wait to see what adventures, discoveries, and memories this journey brings! 🌸

Hi my name is Jocelyn, my mom ran a home daycare when I was younger and that's where my passion for working with kids started. I'm planning on going to college to get my ECE. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, going to the beach and playing with my 2 cats!

Hello, my name is Dan. You can find me in the kitchen and working maintenance at the centre. I am married with two successful children. My wife and older daughter are the directors of Seeds to Sprouts and my youngest is a Medical Administrator.

I retired from the military as a Master Warrant Officer. During my time in the military, I have had the opportunity to travel to every continent in the world except South America. I have personally flown F-18 fighter jets on multiple occasions, before Tom Cruise (Top Gun)!

My name is Brianna and I work as an administrative assistant at Seeds to Sprouts. I’m passionate about teaching and helping children grow. My interest in childcare developed at a young age starting with my moms in-home daycare. This opened doors to babysitting, volunteering and eventually working here at Seeds. I enjoy going to visit with all the children and taking daily photos for Seesaw updates. During this time I’m able to learn from and observe the children and how they grow. I love being able to capture these moments and show their parents everything they are doing here. I plan to go to college for ECE in the next few years with a goal of being a lead teacher in a classroom. When I’m not working I enjoy art and music, whether that's listening or playing guitar/piano. But my favourite thing to do is hang out with my supportive and amazing friends and family. 

My name is Addison, and I work as a cleaner at Seeds to Sprouts Childcare Center. I really enjoy working there, as it is a positive and supportive environment that I feel proud to be part of. I am the youngest of two children and have a strong interest in sports, especially rugby. I have been playing rugby for about four years with both my school team and the Bulldogs Rugby Club. I look forward to continuing to build my skills, take on new challenges, and grow through future opportunities.

My name is Bailey! I’ve been working with children for the last 8 years! Through those years I’ve gained experience with children ranging from infant up to youth in a variety of environments.

In 2021 I achieved certification in the Child and Youth Care program through Loyalist College with honors. I hope to utilize this accomplishment while building meaningful relationships with the children and families I work with.

In my free time I enjoy being creative through hobbies such as painting and knitting. I also enjoy curling up with a cozy blanket and a good book.

I’m excited to bring my creativity and enthusiasm into the Seeds to Sprouts Center where I hope to bring new activities that encourage exploration, learning, and fun!
 

My name is Caitlin and I am an on-call educator at Seeds to Sprouts.

I am a retired Ontario Certified Teacher. I taught Grade One and Kindergarten for 31 years.

I miss interacting with children and working at Seeds and Sprouts is the place to be.

I have two fantastic adult children I could not be more proud of. As a family, we love to camp, hike, kayak, bike and play with our 2 dogs and cat. I love to garden, craft and read.

Hi, my name is Kylie and I am 20 years old. My hobbies are swimming, doing art projects, making chunky knit blankets, going on walks with my bulldog, riding ATV's, and hanging out with friends and family. My favourite foods are any kind of pasta and watermelon!I am a hairstylist by trade but realized a little too late that wasn't my calling. I have worked with children for 7 years and my hopes are to start the ECE course next year to put a diploma behind what I love to do, which is working with children!

My name is Kimberley. I am the fun loving mother of not one but two extraordinary children.  I am a strong believer that none of us should outgrow the benefits of laughter, sunlight and adventure. When I’m not at work you’ll find me hiking breathtaking scenery, spelunking in caves or zip lining across tree tops. I have travelled 46 countries and have engaged in multiple immersive experiences while abroad. I am convinced these experiences have equipped me with valuable skills to enhance my effectiveness as a caregiver. I believe in my heart individuals who have travelled extensively develop a wonderful ability to embrace uncertainty, a crucial skill when managing the unpredictable nature of caregiving. My goal is to make your children feel safe, feel heard, find joy and most importantly have fun! I am often 

humming a tune joyfully ( but not always on key). I hope to build positive relationships, foster development and nurture your little one’s confidence and self worth. .

My name is Kassandra. I have a background in primary education and have worked with children of various ages in school settings. I am passionate about helping children to learn, grow, and explore the world around them. My interest in working with children developed through experiences with babysitting and was further confirmed through a high school co-op placement that I completed. I live in Belleville with my husband, and in my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, trying new recipes, and have recently been enjoying reading. I also love spending time with my family and am an aunt to two wonderful nieces and nephews. I am a dog lover and hope to have a dog of my own sometime soon!

My name is Tyler, I work alongside Dan doing property maintenance and landscaping at Seeds to Sprouts.

My name is Anthony. My mother and grandmother are the owners of Seeds to Sprouts. You may occasionally see me at the centre assisting in the kitchen with snack and meal prep as well as doing minor indoor maintenance, general building upkeep, and yard work. Outside of this role, I have a strong passion for agriculture, whether working outdoors or growing vegetables hydroponically. I enjoy learning the unique needs of each plant and find the process both rewarding and fulfilling. In my spare time,  I enjoy playing the guitar, piano and saxophone, I also compete in olympic weightlifting as well.
